I have a confession to make.
When I started blogging five months ago, I was clueless.
I was at a point in my life where I wanted to have a positive influence and uplift others in an encouraging way. I knew that I wanted to shine my light for Christ and I figured that a blog would be a good way to do that. I had good intentions but no real idea of how to go about this mission that I felt God put on my heart.
In the first month, I made several mistakes but I give it my best shot and I kept going. I’m not saying that my blog is perfect now or that blogging is easy, but over the last few months I’ve learned that it’s never too late to start over. With the right support, making the necessary changes to improve your blog is completely possible.
Thankfully for me (and for you, my dear readers) I came across a blogging resource that turned my blog around – literally.
Christian Bloggers Bootcamp, created by Christian blogger, Arabah Joy gave me the confidence to take my blog to a totally new level. And you can too!
What is Christian Bloggers Bootcamp?
Christian Bloggers Bootcamp (CBB) is a self-paced course designed specifically for the Christian blogger. It consists of 6 modules which are supported by 15 practical assignments.
While it focuses primarily on the Christian blogger it is a great resource for any blogger interested in improving their blog, increasing their reach and growing their audience.
How this course helped me
I thought the course content, worksheets and tips throughout this course were top-notch. However, for me the greatest benefit has been the supportive community that I’ve become a part of in the Christian Bloggers Bootcamp Facebook group. The members in this group have become my mentors, cheerleaders and faithful friends. It is a safe place where we grow as we learn from each other.
The biggest improvement that I’ve seen since starting CBB has been my increased confidence level. Sure my page views have increased by 523% and my blog has been recognized in The 100 Most Inspiring Christian Blogs on the Web – these are all great accomplishments. But the confidence that I now have as a blogger is my biggest claim to fame. I approach my message and God’s message with a level of confidence and competence that I simply did not have before starting this course. I am convinced that this shows up in improved content which benefits my readers as well.
How will this course help you?
CBB focuses on 6 foundational aspects of blogging. It teaches the why and the how and goes a step further to provide a community of other Christian bloggers who are travelling on a similar road.
The course material takes you step-by-step through the following modules:
- Module 1: Clarifying your why
- Module 2: Finding and Creating Your Best Content
- Module 3: Being Savory in a World of Instant Gratification
- Module 4: Image creation and visuals
- Module 5: Leveraging Pinterest
- Module 6: Winning on Facebook
You can get more details about the modules here.
What you Pay
CBB costs just $75 which gives you:
- lifetime access to the course materials
- membership in the closed Facebook group
- 3 amazing bonuses (these are fresh off the press and aren’t even published on the promo page yet): a free month of author training, Christin Slade’s “Blog at Home Mom” e-book, and a product creation workshop!
- a special bonus just for you (see below)
This is $75 well spent. It’s a fraction of other blogging courses and well worth the small investment. Plus there’s a money-back guarantee so you have nothing to loose.

Well, I’m pleased to introduce you to CBB, Amanda! It has honestly been a game changer for me and I think it’s something you’ll benefit from as well. I’m so glad we connected! Wishing you all the best for the holidays!

Thank you for sharing this course – I am a Christian Blogger myself, and may find it useful in my future, so I greatly appreciate this. In what ways do you measure your own success for your blog? The mention in top 100, pageviews, etc. I ask because I started blogging in late July, so I’m right there with you about 5 months blogging. I feel confident in what I am saying, but at the same time… most of the time I still feel like I am writing to no one. Just empty space.

Hi Kaitlyn, you’re right, blogging is a tough road and you can sometimes feel as if no one’s on the other end. CBB has been a great source of support for me and I am learning from the women in that group who have become my mentors. It would be a great help if you could find another blogger who is further along than you, who is willing to show you the ropes. Having a master mind group is also another way to go. As far as measuring success, I am now entering that phase at the end of year and I’ll email you the resources I plan to use. I hope they help! Stay strong, dear friend!!! Blessings.
